(Optical Fiber Communication Conference & Exposition, OFC 2023), which showcased the industry's most innovative new products and optical technologies, driving advances in quantum networking, artificial intelligence, and data center connectivity.
At OFC2023, Multilane, together with several well-known manufacturers, exhibited 800G interoperability verification, jitter and noise integrated bit error meter ML4079EN, test suite SITOL, and many advanced test and measurement solutions. The following is a brief introduction to Multilane's latest solutions:
With its new 800G Nexus Analyzer, MultiLane provides the industry with assurance of seamless host/module interoperability across multiple interconnects. The increasing complexity of SerDes architectures calls for equally complex standards to ensure link reliability. CMIS compliance provides a unified way to provide firmware interoperability at 800G. Industry adopters are forced to invest significant engineering resources to achieve full CMIS compliance with various network partners. MultiLane Nexus Analyzer provides a powerful set of debugging tools that simplify CMIS interoperability testing. The Nexus Analyzer feature takes some of the most time-consuming parts of CMIS/SFF verification and presents them in an easy-to-read GUI, including state machine and datapath state machine testing, inrush current measurements from the host side, I2C R/W Command and packet analysis in target, initiator, and bypass modes, and CMIS/SFF register scanning that provides page-by-page register verification.
Due to the ever-increasing bandwidth demands of hyper scale data centers, the industry is already planning the next phase of 1.6T Ethernet. OSFP-XD is designed to run on 16 channels, 112G PAM4 signal per channel, which is one of the leading multi-source protocols to promote the development of 1.6T interconnection. MultiLane provides a complete set of OSFP-XD test fixtures, including MCB test fixtures and HCB test fixtures With thermal load & control board. OFC2023 Multilane and Amphenol jointly demonstrate the thermal load control board solution for thermal design verification.
With the accelerated growth of hyperscale data centers, the performance requirements of Ethernet are getting higher and higher, the infrastructure is growing exponentially, and customer expectations for high-speed data throughput are at an all-time high. Arbitrary waveform generators are al-ideal gen purpose development tools for high performance and coherent module development and verification. The ML4100L-AWG consists of 4 differential transmission channels and can be used as an arbitrary waveform generator (AWG) or pulse generator mode (PPG). of MIPI C/D-PHY, MIPI MPHY, PCIe5, USB4 and others, and can inject jitter for stress testing.
In today's competitive, fast-paced industry, time is the most expensive resource. With our high-performance, automated and throughput-optimized solutions, MultiLane completely redefines the status quo of mass production testing. The state-of-the-art solutions we offer are fully automated and purpose-built to provide our customers with accurate and reliable measurements while saving them valuable time. MultiLane's ML4035 joins the ranks of our many successful products as a three-in-one TDR, BERT, and DSO, capable of 400G BER testing, NRZ and PAM4 eye diagram measurement, acteristic impedance acterization and S-parameter uation. OFC2023 Multilane and Yamaichi jointly exhibited the ML4035 test solution for verifying OSFP-XD Connector.
As a leader in the high-speed test industry, MultiLane integrates its leading BERT and digital sampling oscilloscope into Advantest's V93000 ATE test bench, extending the digital and analog verification of ATE bench and production line test performance. The highly integrated BERT and DSO provide 32 channels of test capability up to 112 Gbps PAM4 and 50 GHz input bandwidth. Using this unique integration solution, MultiLane's equipment can perform digital and analog FT and CP testing, including serdes testing, transmitters, amplifiers, ASICs with high-speed I/O and other active and passive high-speed devices. Ethernet, HDMI 2, USB 3/4, PCIe 5/6, Fiber Channel and other tests can all be supported. BERTs and oscilloscopes can also be used for IC verification, acterization and production test.
